Computer Programming
This blog was owned by a computer enthusiast. He was a programmer and a game developer; as well as a hacker (interesting). On his blog he shared various justification of why hackers create security breaches to the networks; and site of other online users. He also shared more information to help upcoming computer lovers to be encouraged to pursue their career in information technology. Most of this was done through creative stories about the use of computers.
Through the short stories; he was able to explain the role of computer in programming. He mostly related the computer to the human brain. The human brain is able to detect problems; as well as formulate possible solutions to the problem; by analyzing the best possible approach to solve the problem. Computer work in enabling us solves problems.
In computer programming; one identifies a problem. Then looks for the best approach to solve the problem. And then codes the solution in a logical manner; so that it will give the desired results. The same applies to the brains; which always think of the best way to make work easier by providing the best solution.
Through blogging, he was able to enlighten many about the need to accept technology as part of reducing the workload; as well as cutting the cost of doing business. Or operating in other careers.
It’s The Beautiful Things
This name of this blog was ‘For beautiful things’. The owner of the blog had created it with the intention of documenting things that she loved. Along with those that pisses her off; things that made her day; and those that ruined her happiness.
She details that the beautiful things that she loved; such as, going to the theater to watch a movie. Or watching live drama, reading literature books, watching films & documentaries at home. Maybe listening to music and being loved. However, she also was a great critique of those things or events that were less beautiful; or never appeased her. Below is a post where she expresses disgust about the behaviors of mankind.
Where Is The Limit Of Humans?
This article was inspired by the movie Karla. I do not recommend it to be watched by people with weak nerves, heart or digestive organs.
Will not go to the qualities of the film; will put emphasis on content. My thoughts are being impressed by it. Paul keep track Carla’s prisoner; telling his rich life story filled with lots of (unhealthy) love, lots of sex, violence as well as death.
The little girl and her lover; whom she loves immensely; are found in the streets. This was where Paul kidnaps young girls and Karla helps him to rape them; sometimes kills them. There were also times that they would video tape their victims just for the fun of doing so.
Watching the movie made me wonder and call God:
Where is the limit of humans? How thin and little does man have to cross and go beyond his limits? What are the forces that force a human being to take away our freedom, joy and life to another; for their own pleasure? What are the forces that do turn humans into monsters; even because of love? Should one be pressured by love to an extent of becoming a monster too? How and where does all this inhumanity start from? Is there an end; a border or a point of return where people can become more humane? Who and how can it be stopped? and what happened to the conscience?
However, after seeing a movie, I comforted myself that it is just a movie; it isn’t true. However, I still can’t fail to question myself. At the end of the movie; the producers claim that it was based on a true story. I still fail to understand why and how someone could be so evil to do that.
